This document is the Digital1Stop, Inc. ("Digital1Stop") Privacy Policy. Digital1Stop encourages you to read this Privacy Policy so that you understand what information we collect about you and how we use that information. By using the web sites of Digital1Stop, which are currently located at www.digital1stop.com, www.americaswars.com and any web site, web page or pages that are offered by Digital1Stop and that are accessed through any such web site (collectively the "Web Site"), you agree to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Web Site. Digital1Stop reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Additional information about Digital1Stop is available on the Web Site. Please note that the Web Site may contain links to other web sites that are not controlled by Digital1Stop and that may or may not be co-branded by Digital1Stop. All such other web sites are likely to have their own privacy policies that may be completely different from Digital1Stop' Privacy Policy. You use any such third party web site at your sole risk.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
As a visitor to the Web Site, you can browse many of the web pages on the site without having register with Digital1Stop or provide any personal information; however, before accessing audio, video or any other content offered on or through the Web Site ("Content"), you may be required to create an account ("Account") for yourself. In order to create an Account, you must provide Digital1Stop with your name, email address and select a password. You may also provide a company name and other information, if applicable. In order to access content for which a fee is charged, you must also provide Digital1Stop with other personal information, such as a credit card number, billing address and phone number, and your age. You may elect to also provide optional information about yourself to Digital1Stop, such as occupation, gender, marital status and so on.
Digital1Stop maintains a history of your Content selections. You may also provide information about personal preferences. This information is used primarily by Digital1Stop to service you better. Digital1Stop may, for example, use this information to suggest Content that you may be more likely to enjoy. Digital1Stop may also use this information to identify end users to whom Digital1Stop will make special offers.
TO WHOM DO WE SEND YOUR INFORMATION?
Although you are not required to enroll in order to access the Web Site, Digital1Stop may still collect information about you, even though the information is not personally identifiable. TECHNOLOGIES USED BY Digital1Stop
Digital1Stop utilizes a standard Web technology called "cookies", which are small files stored by most Web browsers. Cookies enable the Web Site to automatically recognize you for subsequent visits to the site. Cookies also enable Digital1Stop to keep track of which pages you visit and which ads you click on. Most Web browsers allow users to erase all cookies stored by the browser, or even block all cookies from being stored in the future; however, users that set their browsers to block all cookies may not be able to access content from Digital1Stop. WHAT Digital1Stop DOES WITH YOUR INFORMATION
In order to keep you informed about Digital1Stop services, we may send electronic mail messages and announcements to the email address you provide when you set up your Account. You also have the option of joining our mailing list to receive additional information about Digital1Stop offerings and offerings from Digital1Stop affiliates. Digital1Stop may give you the option to specify whether or not Digital1Stop or our affiliates should be allowed to send mailings directly to you. At any time, you can change your personal options by accessing your Account through the Web Site.
Digital1Stop collects non-personally identifiable information about users and may share this information with affiliates and advertisers to help tailor our offering to better meet customer needs and preferences. Other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, Digital1Stop does not share personally identifiable information about users with any third party other than those parties needed in order to process credit card transactions, and we do not allow such parties processing your transactions to use such information further. Digital1Stop takes reasonable steps to protect personally identifiable information that users choose to provide, but Digital1Stop accepts no liability for its failure to protect such information.
If you make a purchase from an Digital1Stop affiliate through the Web Site, then Digital1Stop may provide certain personal information about you to the affiliate. When you access the Web Site via a version of the site that is co-branded with an Digital1Stop affiliate, then Digital1Stop may share any personal or non-personal information about you with the affiliate. SECURITY
Digital1Stop uses reasonable security technologies and procedures to protect the data that resides on our servers; however, like virtually all Internet-based services, Digital1Stop cannot guarantee the security of our servers because no technology or procedure is foolproof. Although Digital1Stop employs a standard technology known as SSL (secure sockets layer) to protect user information while in transmission over the Internet, it is possible that someone could intercept this information. SSL is used by the Web Site when it exchanges sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, with standard Web browsers. Each user is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the passwords that he or she selects, as well as other information that make up his or her Account. Digital1Stop advises that users select non-obvious passwords in order to help protect their privacy. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own computer hardware, which will help prevent unauthorized access. The Digital1Stop Privacy Policy does not extend to any other services, sites, organizations and/or technologies that are not under the control of Digital1Stop. Furthermore, the Digital1Stop Privacy Policy cannot be applied in a manner that is contrary to any applicable law or government regulation.
ACCESS BY CHILDREN
The Web Site is intended for use only by adults 18 years of age or older. If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has accessed Digital1Stop and/or has provided personal information to Digital1Stop, then, upon the parent's or guardian's request, Digital1Stop will make a reasonable effort to delete the child's information from Digital1Stop' database. To request the deletion of information, please send such request to help @ Digital1Stop.com (without the spaces) and please remember to include the child's correct email address that was entered so that we may locate the child's information in our database.
HOW TO REVIEW, UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
The Web Site provides functions that enable you to view, update or delete your account information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your own Account information is complete and up to date. In order to update your Account information, please access your Account through the functions provided on the Web Site and make the desired change.

GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
